Q:  Will you remind me of my appointment, so I don’t miss it?

A:  We always keep convenience as a key factor in mind.

Specifically for a purpose of providing you with the best session reminding service, we always contact you by at least 2 methods, from information provided when booking your appointment:

  • Your phone and an alternative phone number to send you a Text messaging reminder
  • Your email address in order to send you a reminder letter
Q:  Talking about facial skin care, is there a way to minimize the appearance of my dilated (large) pores?

A:  Absolutely! That can be achieved by regularly performing a cleansing procedure, ideally while using AHA products.

All of that and so much more are possible when visiting our spa and having professional facials regularly.

Q:  My skin is extremely sensitive. It can react from various environmental factors as well as from different health and beauty care products I use. What do recommend for my skin type?

A:   For those of our clients who are experiencing the following symptoms: blotchiness, redness, bumps, rash-like symptoms, uncomfortable tightness, frequent dryness, you will want to go with Sources of Soothing.

Q:  What methods of payment are accepted?

A:   We’ve have three ways of paying for your service with us:

  • Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express US credit card. Debit card with any of these credit card logos
  • Apple Pay, Android Pay, or EMV chip cards
  • Cash
  • Gift card
Q:  What is your policy regarding cancellation?

A:  Our services have a minimum 24-hour cancellation policy, applicable for all spa like services.

We respectfully ask you to do your best to inform us of the changes as soon as possible. Our specialists appreciate the communication. Doing so will allow other clients to receive services in your place. All of our spa like services require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking online. If you have to cancel, it will be applied to future service. We do require 48 hours notice for any cancellations of spa packages…

Q:  Do you offer any skin care services, tailored specifically for men?

A:  Sure! In fact, trending for men is growing at a very fast pace. Men need healthy skin too. A significant surge of men’s interest in SPA & wellness procedures is becoming the “Norm”.

Our “Gentlemen’s Services” pack is a perfect option for relaxation & skin care, tailored specifically for men!

Q:  Are your spa premises easily accessible by those with disabilities?

A:  We are committed to excellence in serving all customers including people with disabilities. If you need special accommodations please give us a call ahead of time, so we can ensure ease of mobility.

Q:  May I bring my child to your establishment during my services?

A:  For the sake of undisturbed relaxation for both you and other clients, children under 12 years of age are not permitted in the service treatment areas, unless they’re receiving the service.

Q:  Do you offer gift cards or certificates?

A:  Surely! We’ve have a range of gift certificates and cards, all of which can be tailored to your needs.

Q:  Do you have some kind of a Discount Club?
